Finishing the previous stage with a photo with Lucy's Matt and Jamie opposite the Swan, I started this stage with a photo with my Matthew and James at the same place. This was the last part of the walk I would do on my own - a good chance to think about the year past, and the decade to come!

Meanwhile, Malcolm took the boys for a day at Roves Farm - a great day out described elsewhere.
