Thames Path: stage 14 - Oxford to Wolvercote
A short stage, with Malcolm, James and Matthew, godson Francis and his parents Alison and David, and his sister Sarah. We arranged to meet in Wolvercote, and caught the bus from here into Oxford to walk back to the cars.

Tiggy

David and Matthew striding out

Arriving at the Perch Inn for lunch

Departing after lunch

Cows

Matthew, James and Francis enjoy climbing a fallen tree

The boys probably walked further than the adults, running around in circles, collecting sticks and generally waving them around.

At the end of the path we saw the ruins of Godstowe Abbey, and turned right to Wolvercote.

We finished with a drink at the Trout in Wolvercote and made our way back to the cars.
