Thames Path: stage 19 - Castle Eaton to Ashford Keynes

In April (13 months after I started this walk) Malcolm and I planned a weekend away to finish the Thames path, leaving the children at home with my parents who kindly came up for the weekend. We stayed overnight at Ashford Keynes so we could make an early start from the Red Lion at Castle Eaton.

St Sampson's church

Inside, St Sampson's was both attractive, with the sun shining through the stained glass windows, and interesting, with its own resident cat. Apparently, the cat has been there for longer than the current vicar, but the cat was very open minded about accepting a lady vicar.
